KinderDance (Ages 2-4) 
Kinderdance is a specialized dance program designed for young children, ages 2 to 4. It combines dance, movement and early childhood education to develop motor skills, coordination, rhythm, and basic dance techniques in a fun and engaging way. Kinderdance is designed to be age-appropriate and non-competitive, helping young kids develop confidence, physical fitness, and a love for movement while also preparing them for more structured dance training as they grow. 
Combo I - (Ballet & Jazz) Ages 4-6 
This exciting Ballet & Jazz Combo Class introduces young dancers to the fundamentals of both ballet and jazz in a creative and age-appropriate way. The class begins with ballet basics, focusing on graceful movements, proper posture, and simple positions. Dancers will learn fundamental steps such as plies, tendus, and chassés, while also developing balance and coordination. The second half of the class transitions into jazz, where students explore upbeat, energetic movements. They will practice fun jazz steps like jumps, kicks, and turns, all while dancing to lively music that encourages self-expression.  
Combo II - (Ballet & Tap) Ages 6-8 
Ballet & Tap Combo class is the perfect introduction for young dancers eager to explore two dynamic styles in one session! This class provides a well-rounded foundation, blending the grace of ballet with the rhythm and energy of tap.  Dancers will focus on basic positions, barre work, center exercises, and simple choreography to develop posture, flexibility, and expressive movement.  Students will learn fundamental tap steps, coordination drills, and rhythmic patterns to build musicality and precise footwork.   
Ballet 
We believe that ballet is a fundamental component of dance training for all skill levels. Our program integrates Cecchetti, English, and Vaganova techniques to strengthen core stability, improve flexibility, and refine technical precision. Students will develop proper posture, turnout, and control while also gaining a deeper appreciation for ballet history and terminology. These structured classes encourage discipline, dedication, and confidence, creating a strong foundation for every dancer. Advanced students who meet the necessary requirements will have the opportunity to train and perform en Pointe. 
Pre-Pointe 
The Pre-Pointe class is designed to prepare dancers for the physical and technical demands of dancing en pointe. Throughout the course, students will focus on building strength, balance, and coordination necessary for pointe work. Targeted exercises will help strengthen the muscles in the feet, ankles, and legs while improving posture and overall body alignment. Dancers will also practice fundamental movements that mimic pointe work, such as relevés and bourrées. Additionally, this class provides essential knowledge on pointe readiness, including proper shoe fitting, foot care, and injury prevention. Participation requires instructor approval to ensure readiness for pointe work. 
Pointe 
Pointe class is designed for advanced ballet dancers who have developed the necessary strength, technique, and alignment to transition to dancing en pointe. This class focuses on building foot and ankle strength, refining balance, and enhancing precision in movement. Dancers will work on fundamental pointe exercises, barre work, and center combinations to improve control, stability, and artistry. Proper technique and injury prevention are emphasized, ensuring a safe and structured progression for each dancer. Participation requires instructor approval to ensure readiness for pointe work.  
Jazz 
The jazz class focuses on technique, flexibility, and dynamic stage presence—delivered in a fun and engaging environment! Dancers will study technical progressions to master turns, leaps, and extensions while working on jazz combinations both at the center and across the floor. Classes also cover jazz history, helping dancers understand the genre and develop strong choreography retention skills. 
Contemporary/Lyrical 
The contemporary class blends modern dance techniques with elements of urban movement and style. Dancers will explore personal expression and refine their artistry through movement. Contemporary classes incorporate both improvisation and choreography, providing dancers with the freedom to develop their unique style and enhance their emotional connection to movement. 
Hip Hop 
The Hip Hop class brings high-energy movement, rhythm, and style to the dance floor. Dancers will learn foundational hip-hop techniques, including grooves, isolations, and intricate footwork, while also exploring freestyle movement and musicality. Classes focus on building confidence, performance skills, and a strong connection to the music, making it an exciting and engaging experience for all levels. 
Tap 
Tap focuses on rhythm, musicality, and footwork precision. Dancers will learn fundamental tap techniques, from basic steps to intricate combinations, while improving their timing and coordination. Classes incorporate both rhythm and Broadway-style tap, giving students a well-rounded understanding of the style. Whether beginner or advanced, dancers will develop confidence and a strong sense of musical expression through tap. 
Modern 
The Modern dance class emphasizes expressive movement, creativity, and dynamic physicality. This class encourages dancers to explore freedom of movement, breath, and musicality while developing strength, control, and fluidity. Through floor work, improvisation, and unique movement sequences, dancers will build confidence in their artistry and connect more deeply with their performance. Modern dance allows for personal expression, making it an exciting and inspiring style for dancers of all levels. 
Homeschool Dance Class
 
Join our daytime dance class designed specifically for homeschoolers! This fun, structured class introduces students to the fundamentals of dance while encouraging creativity, coordination, and confidence. Dancers will explore a variety of styles such as ballet, jazz, and hip hop, tailored to their age and skill level. Perfect for socialization and physical activity during the school day, this class supports physical education goals while nurturing a love for movement and music. No experience required. 
Technique 
This class is designed to strengthen dancers’ technique and confidence in executing leaps, turns, and transitions within choreography. Dancers will focus on developing core strength and body control to execute movements with precision and fluidity. Training will include various leap and progression techniques such as grand jetés, calypsos, second leaps, pirouettes, and more. Designed for dancers aged 8 and up, this class focuses on enhancing physical abilities and refining technique. Through a combination of cardio, strength training, and mobility exercises, participants will build endurance, flexibility, and overall strength—key components for optimal dance performance. This session offers a dynamic and engaging experience, ensuring dancers feel motivated, energized, and prepared to elevate their skills to new heights. 
Stretch & Strengthen 
Boost your stamina and strength in this essential training class! By incorporating strength-building and cardiovascular exercises, you'll lower the risk of injuries, enhance endurance, and develop the skills needed to progress as a dancer. The program also emphasizes balance, stability, and control through targeted exercises, helping refine turns, extend leg movements, and improve overall body coordination. 
Acro 
The Acro class blends dance technique with acrobatic skills, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Dancers will learn fundamental acrobatic movements such as handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, and aerials while developing body control and fluidity in transitions. With an emphasis on safe technique and proper progression, this class build confidence and agility, enhancing their overall performance quality. Suitable for all levels, Acro provides a dynamic and engaging way to expand movement vocabulary and physical capabilities. 
Private Lesson 
The Private Lessons offers one-on-one instruction tailored to each dancer’s individual goals. Whether focusing on technique, flexibility, choreography, or audition preparation, private lessons provide personalized attention to accelerate progress and refine skills. Dancers will receive expert guidance in a supportive environment, helping them build confidence, strength, and artistry. Private sessions are available for all ages and skill levels, with scheduling options based on instructor availability. No recital performances. 
Adult Line, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Zumba 
Class offers a fun and engaging way for adults of all levels to stay active, build confidence, and enjoy the art of dance in a supportive environment. This class combines the energy of jazz, the rhythm of hip-hop, zumba and the social fun of line dancing. Dancers will learn classic and modern line dance routines, expressive jazz movements, and high-energy hip-hop choreography designed to improve coordination, musicality, and overall fitness —no prior dance experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to move!
